Boys & Girls Club of the Wausau Area welcomes new Grants & Outcomes Director
The Boys & Girls Club of the Wausau Area is excited to welcome Tiffany Rodriguez-Lee as our Grants & Outcomes Director. As Grants & Outcomes Director - Tiffany will work with the executive team to plan and execute resource development strategies through grant writing; outcomes measurement and strategic plan progress reporting. This role is central to connecting philanthropic organizations to meaningful and demonstrably successful programs which enrich and transform the lives of young people.
Tiffany spent the last two years as the Assistant Executive Director of the Wausau River District - Wausau's Main Street Organization, helping provide leadership and coordination to efforts to create, and preserve, a downtown which benefits the entire community.
Her dedication to youth includes a prior professional role with the Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes, where she continues to volunteer as a troop leader.
“We are delighted that Tiffany has chosen to add her unique talent and experience to our organization,” CEO Matt Jameson said. “Helping young people achieve academic success; adopt healthy lifestyles; engage in positive character development and plan for their post-secondary futures are core components of our mission of enriching and transforming lives. Tiffany’s passion for youth development and her love of the Wausau area provides us a tremendous opportunity to enhance partnerships with our philanthropic community and ensure that our partners receive meaningful information related to our program outcomes, and the positive return they receive for investing in Great Futures for our kids.”
“I am looking forward to putting my love for words, writing and relationship-building to good use to help the Boys & Girls Club fulfill its mission as a strong, leading advocate for Wausau area youth," Rodriguez-Lee said.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Rasmussen College and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree. She is an active community member and volunteer. Tiffany will join the Boys & Girls Club team in February.
