Promoting good character and leadership play a critical role in helping youth understand and address problems they face today.

The Club offers a variety of programs that help to develop leadership skills and provide opportunities for planning, decision-making, and contributing to the Club and our community. We help youth discover and develop the qualities they need to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Keystone Club:

Keystone Club is for members in grades 9-12 who are leaders in progress. Keystone members elect officers and help plan and implement their own activities. Keystone meets weekly to promote character and leadership in academic success, career preparation, community service and health and fitness. The cultivation of good character and effective leadership supports the development of productive, responsible, and caring citizens, and fosters successful high school graduation, broader employment opportunities, and lifelong civic engagement.

Torch Club:

Torch Club is a small-group leadership and service club for members in grades 5-8.Torch Club is a powerful vehicle through which Club staff can help meet the special needs of younger adolescents at a critical stage in their development. Torch Club members elect officers and meet weekly to plan and implement activities in four areas: service to the Club and community; academic success; health and life skills; and social recreation.

Junior Staff:

Junior Staff teaches employable skills and provides job experience to Club members. Members build work skills by participating in career development activities, discovering the importance of community service, building customer service skills and completing a Club apprenticeship. The Club makes an investment in the development of Club members’ interpersonal skills, work experience and futures.
