In 2020, the Club provided more than 55,000 free, healthy meals (breakfast, lunch, after-school snack and dinner) as well as supplied a variety of basic needs ranging from toiletries and clothing to school supplies and free transportation from school.
The Caroline S. Mark Club site has a fully equipped kitchen and staff dedicated to preparing and serving meals. The menu is prepared by staff and follows the USDA meal pattern which limits processed foods, uses only whole grains, provides salads, 1% white milk, and delivers fresh fruit and/or vegetables with every meal.
During the school year, dinner is served at 5:00 p.m. at the Caroline S. Mark Site. Snack is served every day at all three sites.
On non-school days and during the summer, breakfast is served at 7:30 am and lunch is served at noon at the Caroline S. Mark Site.
