A Boys & Girls Club membership is open to anyone in grades 3-12!
Current enrollment information is required for participation at all Club locations.
Membership Fees
*Membership is valid through December 31 & must be renewed each year.*
Individual Membership $20 per person
Scholarship Membership $5 per person
Family (must be enrolling 3+ children to qualify for discount - select only on one child's application.) $45 per family
Program participation, summer enrollment & other services - Additional Fee may apply

Please note: the DC Everest Middle School location is open only to DC Everest Middle School Students during the school year and summer school students during the summer months.

Children taking medication(s) must have their parents fill out this Authorization to Administer Medication form.
